Governor of Minas Gerais Visits GWM HYDROGEN-FTXT
On November 6th, Mr. Romeu Zema Neto, the Governor of Minas Gerais State (MG State) in Brazil, visited GWM HYDROGEN-FTXT in Shanghai with his team. They came to talk about how they could work together to use green hydrogen technology, like hydrogen fuel cell trucks. During the visit, they also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together on hydrogen energy projects. The agreement involved several parties: MG State’s Secretary for Economic Development (SEDE), MG State’s Invest Minas, UNIFEI, GWM Brazil, and FTXT.
Hydrogen Truck Demonstration Project
According to the agreement, GWM HYDROGEN-FTXT and Great Wall Motor Brazil (GWM BR) will work together to bring hydrogen-powered heavy trucks to Brazil for testing. They will work with MG State’s Secretary for Economic Development (SEDE), Invest Minas, and UNIFEI to show how hydrogen fuel cell vehicles can be used in the region. Each group will bring their knowledge, technology, and resources to help grow the hydrogen energy industry and make transportation in Minas Gerais cleaner and greener.
